while living on campus. Mail services vary by campus and housing location, so students
should review the information for their assigned campus or community.
Students are encouraged to check their campus mailbox regularly, as official University
correspondence may be sent there. A valid OneCard, also known as your student ID,
is required to pick up mail and packages.
Mail and packages must include your proper name and complete housing information.
If the sender does not include your name, residence hall, room number, box number,
or apartment information where applicable, the University cannot guarantee that your
mail will be delivered correctly.

Receiving Mail and Packages

can receive letter mail. Packages are held at the mail center for pickup. Students

Students should enter through the designated man door, which is the same entrance
used by employees. This is the only door unlocked for access.
Short-term parking is permitted in front of the building in spaces marked as a loading
zone. Students must use their flashers, as these spaces are not intended for long-term
parking.

Food, Grocery, Flower, and Same-Day Deliveries
Campus mailrooms are not intended for food, grocery, flower, or same-day delivery
orders. These items should not be addressed or delivered to campus mailrooms.
Students placing orders through services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Instacart,
Walmart delivery, grocery delivery, flower delivery, or similar services should use
the physical address of their assigned residence hall or housing location. Students
are responsible for meeting the delivery person at the building entrance or designated
pickup location.
Delivery personnel are not permitted to enter residence halls unless accompanied by
the resident who placed the order. Items left outside, in corridors, lounges, entryways,
or other public areas are left at the student鈥檚 own risk. The University is not responsible
for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended deliveries that are not processed through
the designated mailroom.
Students should plan ahead and be available at the time of delivery.
Semester Breaks and Forwarding
Over semester breaks, only first-class mail will be forwarded to the permanent address
on record. Students should make sure their permanent address is listed correctly with
Academic Records and in their online account.
If your permanent address changes, you must notify Academic Records and update your
online account.
